The USCCB invites Catholics throughout our country to begin Black History Month with a National Day of Prayer for the African American Family. Pray with and for African American families in our country on Sunday, February 1, 2009. The theme of this year's National Day of Prayer is "We Belong to God and God Belongs to Us."
